We hope you will agree that when very experienced business professionals give evaluations like these what they’re describing is worth investigation.

‘The Next Step’ is truly unique. It’s designed for people who are at a point of change in their life or career and are uncertain which path they should follow in order to achieve their optimum level of fulfilment and contentment.

It is run by Pam Gregory, a founding partner of Clayton Gregory Associates, one of the most respected training consultancies in the country. Pam has immaculate business credentials having been a main board Director of Grey Advertising, Management Supervisor on Procter & Gamble and other blue chip business, and Head of Account Management & Training before starting Clayton Gregory in 1991 where she specialises in coaching New Business Teams and Management Groups in the various arts of persuasion. Her Clients have included ITV, Discovery Channel, Saatchi & Saatchi, GlaxoSmithKline, Diageo, and many more. Click here to see her full CV.

The trick about knowing where you should go in the future is to have a really good understanding of where you are now, how you got there, and the positives and negatives of being there. Only then can you accurately identify the direction your future should take to best satisfy your particular skills and needs.

‘The Next Step’ uses a combination of one to one discussions, counselling, psychological assessment, and detailed individual astrological analysis (not the idiotic ‘one sign fits all’ rubbish pedalled by the daily press). Candidates should only consider doing the course if they are open-minded about astrological analysis. Healthy scepticism is fine, since past experience has repeatedly shown that the depth and accuracy of insight achieved quickly turns scepticism into enthusiasm and self-understanding. And don’t forget, some of the most august organisations in the City used detailed astrological analysis to make better informed financial decisions.

‘The Next Step’ is structured in three stages. The first (done before the candidate attends the course) is a very detailed astrological analysis of their chart which takes many hours to do. They will need to be able to provide an accurate time of birth for this. The analysis gives a deep understanding of the candidate and their issues, their strengths and weaknesses, and conflicting needs and objectives, and the skills they should use to maximise their fulfilment and contentment in life.

The second stage (which is part of the course itself) is a private session with the candidate lasting an hour to an hour and a half in which they are taken through their chart analysis, and the strengths, talents and challenges it identifies for them are discussed. They are given a CD recording of the whole of this discussion.

The third stage is a workshop session for between one and a maximum of four people, so candidates may be working on their own or with others.

The workshop uses a logical thinking process to help them clarify their strengths and how those strengths can best be used to achieve their full potential. A series of exercises enables the candidate to identify their true values, understand any challenges or contradictions which get in their way and how they can handle these better, recognise how they have dealt with problems in the past and how they have learnt or not learnt from them, and finally help them focus on their fundamental skills, what they want from and can give to their working life, and how they can achieve that. By the end of the workshop they should have a much better understanding of who they are, what they want, and how they can get there.

Cost

Course for a maximum of 4 people = £1,150 + VAT per person excluding venue and travel costs.

This will include a private session of up to two hours with each individual prior to the one day workshop.
